The planning of a Lodge & Wellness Center of aprox. 8000 m2 (86114 sqft), 50 rooms over viewing the Guanacastecan Pampas and the Rincon de la Vieja and Miravalles volcanoes, will be built near the golf club house as a compliment of the golf activity.

The Wellness Center will include massage therapy, aromatherapy, musictherapy, neuromuscular therapy, skin care, gym and Spa. It will also offer a Spa & Fitness Center complementary to the sports activities taken place in Sabana Falls and Rancho La Ponderosa. The construction of these amenities will begin on 2012, after Phase I and II of the Residential Clusters have been sold.

The Ponderosa Ranch Sabana Falls Golf Course offers an 18-holes, par-72, 7176-yard layout with Golf Community and Golf Club.
