Sabana Falls Development is part of The Ponderosa project which is composed of four properties, which are next to each other and located in Bagaces, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. These properties are 15 miles away from the Liberia International Airport, and next to the beautiful river "El Salto".
An equestrian community and villas will be developed in the first phase of this project located less than ten minutes from Liberia, over the inter-american highway.
Due to its topographical characteristics it will allow the development of a private airport, an eighteen golf course, a sports center and facilities for racing car drivers training center. Additionally, it is planned the development of an area for hotel and casinos and a free trade zone. Also the idea is to build a hospital and a mall.
